-  2014 - 2015 -

This is the very first landscape painting sketchbook that I have started right at the beginning of my Erasmus scholarship in Cuenca, Spain. I have spent there 5 months - studying one semester at the Universidad de Castilla La Mancha.

Inspired by Nathan Fowkes - I have tried mixing watercolor and gouache for the first time and I absolutely fell in love with the technique that I've kept using and mastering during all of my travels until this day.

Going out for the pleinair adventures became my second nature - after the classes at the university I would grab my materials and go out - not thinking where at all - just heading wherever and always discovering new places that would be worth capturing.
