2016 was a very important year in my life.
During this time, I have taken a dean's break from my studies and quite soon afterwards I got accepted to work on the world's first fully painted full feature movie - Loving Vincent.

I have spent there half year, working really hard everyday and exploring Gdansk (where the production was happening) on the weekends.
​
In early October I have moved to Berlin and started an internship at Wooga games studio to work on a mobile game project called June's Journey. I was responsible for painting the characters and illustrations that would later appear in the dialogues and diary scenes.
Since I was spending most of the time at work and there was always something happening on the weekends, I was mostly going out to paint at lunch, over the next 3 years that I was working there. In this sketchbook you can see the start of my lunch painting cemeteries and parks series.
